Level #1 - The Set-Up Package:  Our most basic service

This is a one-time service we provide for you.  We will get your accounts set up on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  We will ask you to provide us with your bio information.  Once received, we will set up your profiles on all of the major social media websites. This package also sets up a blog for you/your company. We just set up the accounts and the blog.  It is up to you to know how to use them and to maintain them thereafter.  All we do is handle the time-consuming task of getting everything set up and linked together.  You take it from there.

This is the perfect package for those who want to do the work themselves, but just haven’t gotten around to taking the biggest step of setting everything up and just want it taken care of for a one-time fee.
 

Level #2 - Online Virtual Customer Service: 

This is one of the most powerful corporate applications for social media marketing.  Conversations are going on about you and your brand online whether you're participating or not.  This package monitors the largest social media sites, and acts as a form of online customer service.  We monitor your company mentions reporting to you any unhappy customers who are tarnishing your image online so that you can turn a negative experience into a positive one. All important messages and requests for services/products will be forwarded on to you. This package includes a profile set up on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and any other social mediums you request, as well as coaching on what makes for good Social Media integration with your existing brand.

Perfect for those who want a more hands-on approach to their Social Media but need some help.  In other words, we set you up, monitor your company mentions and coach your people on what makes for good Social Media interaction.
 

Level #3 - Comprehensive Social Media Marketing Package:

This package is the most comprehensive service we offer.  It covers all forms of social media with our staff doing all the work.  It encompasses set up on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and any other social mediums you request, as well as full maintenance of all pages (a very time-intensive process), online customer service monitoring (this 24/7 service is critical), as well as online marketing efforts on Twitter, Youtube campaigns and running of Google Ad campaigns to help reach all of your clients as well as expand to future clients you may not otherwise be able to touch. One of the biggest differences with the Total Package versus the others, is we set up and maintain all your online pages for you. We also set up and maintain a blog for you. Blogs are VERY time consuming and yet they are the best connector between the social media community and your business.  With the Comprehensive Social Media Marketing Package, we take care of it all for you and simply bring you the results.
